1 cup pineapple tidbits, cubed
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons soya sauce
1/2 cup capsicum, diced
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon oil
salt to taste
1. Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan and saute the onion in
it.
2. When the onion turns translucent, add the garlic, ginger and
chilli powder and fry for some time.
3. Then add the soya sauce, capsicum, pineapple and salt and mix
together.
4. Remove from the heat and keep aside. |
