each other perfectly in this aromatic dish which is an excellent

with steamed rice or rotis. This is a good recipe for

dal)
1 bunch spinach (palak)
½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1/8 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
½ teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
1 to 2 green chillies, finely chopped
¾ cup onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon garlic paste
½ teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon coriander (dhania) powder
¼ cup low fat milk
1 teaspoon oil
salt to taste |
