SAVOURY PEAS PARATHAS

Aniseed and kalonji lend an unusual touch to this tasty paratha.

Cooking Time : 10 min.

Serves 6.

INGREDIANTS :

 4 tablespoons plain flour
a pinch asafoetida
1 1/2 teaspoons amchur powder
a little grated paneer (optional)
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
ghee for cooking or oil for deep frying

To be ground into a paste

1 teacup green peas
1 teaspoon kalonji (onion seeds)
1 teaspoon aniseed
2 green chillies
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
