VEGETABLE AND YOGHURT KADHI

A different style of kadhi.

Preparation Time : 15 minutes.

Serves 6.

Ingredients

 3 teacups mixed boiled vegetables
3 teacups fresh curds
3 level tablespoons gram flour (besan)
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander-cumin seed (dhana-jira) powder
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 tablespoon ghee
salt to taste
