25 mm. (1") stick cinnamon (dalchini)
¼ teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
1 teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
¼ teaspoon ginger powder (soonth)
½ cup milk
2 teaspoons oil
