CHURNA

Makes 1 cup.

Ingredients

3/4 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup grated jaggery (gur)
1 teaspoon green cardamom powder

Method

1. Melt the jaggery in a saucepan.
2. Add the grated coconut and green cardamom and mix well.
3. Cool and keep aside.
