50 grams red pumpkin (kaddu)
50 grams ridge gourd (torai)
50 grams green peas
6 to 7 french beans
1 carrot
1/2 large fresh coconut
2 to 3 slit green chillies
2 to 3 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 tablespoon plain flour (maida)
1/2 teaspoon ghee
1/2 tablespoon sugar
