  • 275 grams cauliflower, cut into big pieces
  • 175 grams green peas
  • 225 grams small potatoes (whole)
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 4 tablespoons ghee
  • salt to taste
  • 1 big bunch fresh coriander
  • 6 green chillies
  • 25 mm. piece ginger
  • 10 cloves garlic
