Hot Ham ‘n’ Egg Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Finely chopped fully cooked ham, 1 cup
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 cups
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Chopped stuffed olives, 1/3 cup
  • Hard-cooked eggs, chopped, 2
  • Chili sauce, 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons
  • Hot dog buns, 8

Method

Step 1

Mix together eggs, olives, onion, cheese and ham in a bowl.

Step 2

Add mayonnaise and chili sauce and mix well.

Step 3

In each hot dog bun, place around 1/3rd cup of the mixture and individually wrap the bun in a foil.

Step 4

Keep them on a baking sheet and bake in oven at 400 degrees F for at least ten minutes till they are heated properly.
