GREEN PULLAV

 

Cooking Time : 19 min.

Serves 4.

INGREDIANTS :

 1 teacup uncooked Basmati rice
275 grams cauliflower, cut into big pieces
175 grams green peas
225 grams small potatoes (whole)
2 sticks cinnamon
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
2 bay leaves
2 onions chopped
4 tablespoons ghee
salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE ALOO BAIGAN:

1 big bunch fresh coriander
6 green chillies
25 mm. piece ginger
10 cloves garlic
