Food Recipe

HANDI HOT POT

A simple and tasty rice dish which is a meal by itself.

Cooking Time : 40 min.
Preparation Time : 30 min.

Serves 6 to 8.

INGREDIANTS :

1 1/2 teacups uncooked rice
200 grams cauliflower or small brinjals
150 grams potatoes
1 teacup green peas
3 onions, chopped
1/2 teacup chopped coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
4 teaspoons coriander-cumin seed (dhana-jeera) powder
1 level teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
4 tablespoons oil
salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE ALOO BAIGAN:

4 tablespoons grated fresh coconut
4 green chillies
25 mm. piece ginger
14 cloves garlic
