CORN AND PEAS IN CREAMY SAUCE
 

Tasty but not spicy. Cooked in cream and tomat sauce.

Cooking Time : 30 mins.
Preparation Time : 25 mins.

Serves 6 to 8.

Ingredients

 1 packet frozen corn or 2 teacups cooked corn
2 teacups boiled green peas
2 boiled potatoes
2 boiled carrots
3 sliced onions
1 teacup fresh cream
2 teacups milk
3 tablespoons plain flour (maida)
3/4 teacup tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 tablespoons butter
salt to taste
