simple but delectable dry garlic chutney that is a "must" in
every Rajasthani kitchen, whether the king's or a peasant's.
This is usually relished with bajra rotis and onions and is
part a peasant's working lunch.
Preparation Time : 5 mins.
Cooking Time : Nil.
Makes 3/4 cup.
