PEANUT SAUCE

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1/2 cup of coconut milk
• rind of 1/2 lemon
• 1 stalk lemon grass
• 1/2 red chilli, deseeded and finally chopped
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 teaspoon oil
• salt to taste
