    • 3 teacups mixed boiled vegetables (french beans, carrots, green peas, cauliflower, potatoes)
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • salt to taste
    • 2 teacups chopped spinach
    • 200 grams (7 oz.) fresh cream
    • 1 teacup white sauce
    • Pepper to taste
    • 5 to 6 tablespoons grated cheese
