    • 1/2 tablespoon butter
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 1/2 teacups chopped mixed vegetables (french beans, carrots, green peas)
    • 2 teacups white sauce (microwave recipe)
    • 1/2 teacup thick curds (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon grated cooking cheese
