    • 1 recipe polenta base
    • 1 cup tomato sauce
    • butter or oil for greasing
    • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, cubed
    • 1 large onion, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
    • 2 teaspoons soya sauce
    • 1/2 cup capsicum, diced
    • 1 teaspoon butter
    • 1 teaspoon oil
    • salt to taste
    • 1 cup cooking cheese or mozzarella cheese, grated


    Step 1

    Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan and saute the onion in it.

    Step 2

    When the onion turns translucent, add the garlic, ginger and chilli powder and fry for some time.

    Step 3

    Then add the soya sauce, capsicum, pineapple and salt and mix together.

    Step 4

    Remove from the heat and keep aside.

    Step 5

    Place one pizza base on a greased baking tray.

    Step 6

    Spread half the tomato sauce on the base.

    Step 7

    Top with half the topping and grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200�C (400�F) for 15 minutes or till the base is evenly browned.

    Step 8

    Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make one more pizza.

    Step 9

    Serve hot.
