  • 3 teacups fresh curds
  • 3 level tablespoons gram flour (besan)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander-cumin seed (dhana-jira) powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • salt to taste
